The analysis of frequencies and percentages of the variables, goodness of fit to the normal curve, and Student's t-tests for related samples (p>0.05) within groups with a confidence level of 95% were performed. Results: Significant differences were found between pretest and controls in their different variables, Quality of Life (p<0.05, increased from 35.29 to 66), Anxiety (p<0.05, decreased from 12.86 to 3.71), Depression (p<0.05, decreased from 12 to 2.14), and Stress (p<0.05, decreased from 28 to 15.14).
