Associations of the <i>VDR</i> gene with clinical manifestations and complications of cystic fibrosis

Abstract: Cystic fibrosis (CF) is the most common severe autosomal recessive disease in the Caucasoid population caused by mutations in the CF transmembrane regulator (CFTR) gene.
