Abstract

ÖZAstım çocuklarda en sık görülen hastalıklardan biridir. Astım hastalığı ve tedavisinde kullanılan ilaçlar diş çürükleri, periodontal problemler, dental erozyon ve dental candida gibi birçok probleme neden olabilmektedir. Astım hastalığı-nın ağız ve diş sağlığına etkileri olduğu kadar, diş hekimliği uygulamalarının da astım hastalığı üzerine etkileri bulunmaktadır. Bu nedenle diş hekimleri astım hastalığı konusunda yeterli bilgiye sahip olmalı ve gereken önlemler altında tedavilerini gerçekleştirmelidirler.Anahtar sözcükler: Astım, Çocuk, Diş. ABSTRACTAsthma is one of the most common disease in children. Asthma and asthma medications can cause many problems such as dental caries, periodontal problems, dental erosion and dental candida. As well as its effects on oral and dental health of asthma, the practice of dentistry has effects on asthma. Therefore, dentists must perform the treatment under the measures required and should have sufficient knowledge about asthma.
