Asymptomatic Lesions of the Pancreas: An Overview

Abstract: The issue of pancreatic incidentaloma is relevant in clinical practice, and the correct management of these asymptomatic lesions found incidentally at imaging techniques requires prospective studies with adequate follow-ups.
