Abstract:Primary adrenal lymphoma (PAL) is a type of extranodal lymphoma that is rarely encountered in clinical
settings. It is regarded as a high-grade malignancy with a very poor prognosis. Most PALs are bilateral and
hardly unilateral. Nevertheless, a rise in the number of cases of bilateral and unilateral PALs has been noted
