Atherosclerosis: Is Inflammation in the Arteries Immune?

Abstract: In the literature there are no clinical and morphological data that would prove the participation of hypersensitivity reactions, autoimmune and immunocomplex processes in the development of granulomatosis in the arteries in atherosclerosis.
