Abstract: Mice deficient in the ataxia telangiectasia mutated (ATM) kinase have impaired responses to genotoxic and oxidative stressors, predisposing them to develop thymic T-cell lymphoblastic lymphomas (T-LBL) resembling human T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemias (T-ALL).
