Atrial dyssynchrony syndrome: an overlooked phenomenon and a potential cause of ‘diastolic’ heart failure

Abstract: AimsThe purpose of the present study was too explore the role of interatrial dyssynchrony in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFPEF).
