Atrial Tachyarrhythmia: What is the Ideal Site for Successful Ablation?

Abstract: An 82-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital with congestive heart failure and tachycardia. She had a past medical history of prior myocardial infarction, hypertension, and diabetes.
