Attachment-Informed Gatekeeping

Abstract: This chapter will advocate for an attachment-informed lens when approaching dispositional issues with counselor education students. The authors discuss the bidirectional relationship of attachment and trauma and the importance of careful consideration of both in trauma-informed gatekeeping.
