Throughout this proposal, the readers will understand more clearly the reality of a child with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), as well as the different ways in which this disorder can present itself, and how to treat and teach a second language in Primary Education. Today, ADHD has been studied like any other disorder, and attempts have been made to translate its diagnosis into a medical framework that helps understand and treat individuals suffering from this syndrome. However, parents and teachers often do not know how to react when they encounter a real case. This causes both the child and their family environment to suffer before receiving the attention they need. The life of a child with ADHD without medical and specialised care is therefore a daily challenge: any activity, no matter how small or easy it may be, becomes an effort, as impulses must be controlled so that any other child is mastered at will. The objective of this chapter was to address this problem in primary education from an inclusive perspective
