The following are the labor-related advantages of Lean construction, as discussed by [18]: Reduced labor while the output is maintained or increased, maximized use of multi-skilled workers, increased effectiveness of stakeholder relations, higher level of encouragement for working together, and more encouragement for all project participants to think in a Lean way.…”
