Attitudes toward Women in Managerial Position in Pakistan: A Comparative Study

Abstract: Abstract-This study was undertaken in order to investigate the difference in attitude towards women in managerial position between male and female employees. It is a comparative study in which 50 employees including 25 male and 25 female participated as a sample. The minimum educational qualification was graduation.
