Abstract:Rash with thioamides is not uncommon, but vasculitis is rare. The vasculitis is thought to be mediated by antibodies directed against proteins in the cytoplasmic granules of myeloid cells (antineutrophil-cytoplasmic antibodies ͓ANCAs͔).
