Abstract:Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) is a rare hematologic disorder characterized by thrombotic microangiopathy. Neurologic symptoms are frequently seen in its presentation and the most common finding on neuroimaging of TTP is posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES).
