Abstract:Introduction: Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) is a rare but real tumor, which is histologically characterized by myofibroblastic spindle cells proliferation with inflammatory infiltrate. The lung is the most common affected organ, and extrapulmonary IMTs are less common.
