Atypical Presentation of Pneumonia Mimicking Pulmonary Embolism

Abstract: This case report highlights the diagnostic challenge arises from the varied clinical presentation, complicating the differentiation between infarction pneumonia, community-acquired pneumonia (CAP), and pulmonary embolism (PE).
