Abstract:Introduction: Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy (PML) is a rare demyelinating disease of the central nervous system caused by reactivation of the JC virus. It usually occurs in immunocompromised patients. The majority of PML cases present with supratentorial involvement. In contrast, infratentorial involvement is exceedingly rare in PML.
