Atypical presentation of vesicouterine fistula (Youssef’s syndrome) post-caesarean gossypiboma: a case report

Abstract: Vesicouterine fistula as described by Youssef manifests with amenorrhea, and cyclic haematuria (menouria) without urinary incontinence commonly following caesarean section. Other aetiologies have been reported for this disease.
