Atypisches Fibroxanthom am Capillitium

Abstract: Atypical fibroxanthoma (AFX) is a rare, low-malignant, mesenchymal tumor of the dermis and is assigned to the group of fibrohistiocytic tumors. The tumor occurs especially in photodamaged skin on the scalp of elderly men.
