“…One of the enduring themes across the reflections from EIA designation recipients is the importance institutional context plays within their assessment practices and cultures. Authors described conducting work in a variety of institutional settings, including urban research institutions (Banta and Kahn 2017), community colleges (Felix 2018; Mince 2017), historically Black public institutions (Verzinski et al 2019), public universities (Baham 2019; Good and Boyd 2020), and private, religiously affiliated institutions (Jordan‐Fleming 2017; Wilkins and Donat 2021).
