Audit of Neonatal Outcome in Tertiary Care Hospital.

Abstract: Background: Every year, 2.7 million stillbirths occur worldwide, mostly in developing countries. The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) include reducing childhood mortality under five years of age.
