Autoantibody Cancer Biomarker: Extracellular Protein Kinase A

Abstract: In cancer cells, cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA) is secreted into the conditioned medium. This PKA, designated as extracellular protein kinase A (ECPKA), is markedly upregulated in the sera of patients with cancer.
