Abstract: IntroductionAutoimmune/inflammatory syndrome induced by adjuvants (ASIA) consists of a wide spectrum of symptoms and immunological features that are believed to develop in predisposed individuals after exposure to an adjuvant, including a silicone breast implant (SBI).
