Autoinflammation Leading to Autoimmunity in Adult Onset Still’s Disease, More Than Simple Coincidence?

Abstract: Background: Adult onset Still’s disease (AOSD) should be considered in the differential diagnosis of patients with endocarditis, with or without a cardiac decompensation.
