Abstract:Graft-vs-host disease (GVHD) of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract is notably a serious complication of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT). However, GI GVHD has rarely been reported in autologous HSCT, and the pathophysiology remains unclear.
