Abstract:Rapid diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is critical in the clinical setting. An automated and rapid chemiluminescence immunoassay system based on digital microfluidics (DMF) is suggested for cardiac troponin I (cTnI). This method involves a double antibody sandwich structure.
