Abstract: Regulating blood glucose level (BGL) for type-1 diabetic patient (T1DP) accurately is very important issue, an uncontrolled BGL outside the standard safe range between 70 and 180 mg/dl results in dire consequences for health and can significantly increase the chance of death.
