Abstract:Current flow cytometric analysis of blood and bone marrow samples for diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) relies heavily on manual intervention in both the processing and analysis steps, introducing significant subjectivity into resulting diagnoses and necessitating highly trained personnel.
