Abstract:Aim: Left-sided colonic serrated adenomas (L-SAs) were evaluated for aneuploidy using automated imaging cytometry to quantify DNA content and compared with normal colonic tissues (NCT), tubular adenomas (TA), left-sided hyperplastic polyps (L-HP) and adenocarcinomas.
