Abstract: Quantitative methods to characterize bone contusions and associated cartilage injury remain limited. We combined standardized voxelwise normalization and 3D mapping to automate bone contusion segmentation post‐anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury and evaluate anomalies in articular cartilage overlying bone contusions.
