“…Coordinating start-stop and continuously adjustable PV units poses a notable challenge in VPPs with high-level PV penetration due to significant differences in unit capacity and operating characteristics. A proposed solution to this problem is presented in the article [356], where the authors suggested an AGC instruction allocation algorithm using mixed integer line programming (MILP) with a controller special PV inverter.
