Automatic segmentation with detection of local segmentation failures in cardiac MRI

Abstract: Segmentation of cardiac anatomical structures in cardiac magnetic resonance images (CMRI) is a prerequisite for automatic diagnosis and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases.
