Auxiliaries and Supervisors at War: The Spillover Effect of Supervisor-Subordinate Aggression on University Staff Productivity

Abstract: Using Kampala International University (KIU) as a study sample, the study inquired into the effect of the continued use of aggression on employee productivity.
