Abstract: RESUMOObjetivos: O exercício físico regular tem diversos efeitos benéficos, contudo, há relatos de aumento na concentração de corticosteroides endógenos, os quais podem inibir a neurogênese e piorar as funções cognitivas, sendo este um aspecto dúbio do exercício físico.
