Abstract: Escorregamentos e fluxos de detritos no Brasil são fenômenos naturais desencadeados por eventos extremos de chuva. Ao longo das últimas décadas, um grande número de eventos de diferentes magnitudes vem sendo registrados em diferentes regiões do Brasil.
