Avaliação do risco de quedas de pacientes em serviço de emergência

Abstract: Objetivo: Identificar o risco de quedas nos pacientes em observação em um serviço de emergência, por meio da aplicação da Escala de Quedas de Morse. Métodos: Estudo quantitativo, com dados transversais do tipo descritivo, desenvolvido com 30 pacientes internados em um serviço de emergência do Rio Grande do Sul.
