In order to solve the problem of more and more vicious events caused by college students“ mental ill-health, a research method of health education knowledge service information system model based on virtual reality is proposed. The platform development approach is based on virtual reality to provide technical support to the process of acquiring, maintaining, pushing, applying, and updating the knowledge of mental health education for college students. The system includes a knowledge base for storing college students’ mental health education knowledge, tools for supporting acquisition, classification, editing, and storage of knowledge, and tools for knowledge sharing, application, and innovation of teachers and experts engaged in college students’ mental health education. The results are as follows: after using this system, the proportion of students with excellent mental health status in a university has increased significantly, reaching 75%, and the proportion of students with poor health status has decreased from 15% to 7%. The mental health knowledge sharing platform designed in this paper has obtained satisfactory evaluation in the trial universities, accounting for 68% of the trial population. The system presented in this article demonstrates that the system can significantly improve the mental health of college students, and the system outlined in this document is important for improving the efficiency and quality of mental health education for college students and for effectively managing educational knowledge.

Multi-Source data plays an important role in the evolution of media convergence. Its fusion processing enables the further mining of data and utilization of data value and broadens the path for the sharing and dissemination of media data. However, it also faces serious problems in terms of protecting user and data privacy. Many privacy protection methods have been proposed to solve the problem of privacy leakage during the process of data sharing, but they suffer from two flaws: 1) the lack of algorithmic frameworks for specific scenarios such as dynamic datasets in the media domain; 2) the inability to solve the problem of the high computational complexity of ciphertext in multi-source data privacy protection, resulting in long encryption and decryption times. In this paper, we propose a multi-source data privacy protection method based on homomorphic encryption and blockchain technology, which solves the privacy protection problem of multi-source heterogeneous data in the dissemination of media and reduces ciphertext processing time. We deployed the proposed method on the Hyperledger platform for testing and compared it with the privacy protection schemes based on k-anonymity and differential privacy. The experimental results show that the key generation, encryption, and decryption times of the proposed method are lower than those in data privacy protection methods based on k-anonymity technology and differential privacy technology. This significantly reduces the processing time of multi-source data, which gives it potential for use in many applications.

The article is devoted to the topic of blockchain applications in the field of energetics. A role of the technology in the digital economy development has been discussed; corresponding examples from Russian, Chinese, Estonian experience have been presented. A synergy between usage of blockchain and other information technology such as big data, intelligent avatars and the Internet of things has been demonstrated. Implementation of the blockchain technology into the functional scheme of the energy market has been proposed as a ways to ensure its decentralization and openness. Energy supply contracts can be negotiated directly between producers and consumers without intermediaries, so all the market actors have a high level of autonomy in purchasing and selling. The technology provides services for preparation and issuance of necessary invoices, as well as for making settlements for the entire transaction. Blockchain technology ensures economic and information security of transaction participants and includes convenient tools for realization of their market activities. Difficulties and risks, connected with the technology implementation, have been discussed, as well as main ways of its further development.
