Averaged large-signal model of a DC-DC isolated forward resonant reset converter for a solar cell battery charger using internet of things: implementation

Abstract: In this study, an analysis and modeling circuit for controlling battery charge solar cells based on data management through internet of things (IoT) is presented. For this proposed, a DC-DC forward resonant reset converter is employed and can be charged at a constant current and constant voltage. Data management of various parameters using IoT technology is provided, via which notifications can be sent to an external application. The proposed converter can give an output voltage of 14.4 VDC for a voltage range… Show more

“…Therefore, hybrid power generation systems become more common [7]- [11]. To increase the system efficiency, battery storage technologies are implemented [12]. In such a way, during an energy production peak, the surplus of energy could be stored, and when the generation becomes lower than the consumption this energy could be reverse feeding into the main supply.…”

“…Numerous power control strategies are available in the literature [26]- [28] for hybrid energy structures. Controllers also rely on the internet of things [29], [30] for the data flow in PV based systems or AI as in [31] for multi agent systems utilising not only solar and wind but also SC, battery and generator, and utilising piezo electric energy harvesting [32]. HESS control strategies can also address the power quality issues [33] in the system.…”
