Abstract:The possibility of preventing salmonellosis in chicken (pathogen agent — Salmonella enterica, serovar Enteritidis (SE)) by using specific yolk IgY was discussed in presented article. There has been raising the number of reports in the scientific periodicals about increased antibiotic resistance of Salmonella.
