Avoiding chemotherapy prescribing errors: Analysis and innovative strategies

Abstract: Background At Freiburg University Medical Center, chemotherapy prescriptions are processed via a computerized physician order entry (CPOE) tool and clinically checked by a designated chemotherapy surveillance team.
