Awareness on Intradermal Injection among Dentists

Abstract: An intradermal injection may be given for diagnostic purposes checking for allergy, lymphogranuloma inguinale or tuberculosis and for treating diseases like vitiligo. Due to the limited blood supply of that skin layer, medication injected into the dermis is absorbed slowly.
