Axillary hyperhidrosis treatment by simple skin excision and undermining

Abstract: A xillary hyperhidrosis is a condition characterized by an excessive, usually unprovoked, production of sweat. In its idiopathic form it affects 0.6% to 1.0 % of the population (1), and may be confined to the axilla or involve the palms and soles. It also occurs secondarily as a feature of other systemic diseases (ie, thyrotoxicosis, hypoglycemia).
