Axillary silicone lymphadenopathy caused by gel bleeding with intact silicone breast implants: a case report

Abstract: Gel bleeding following breast augmentation using silicone breast implants (SBIs) occurs when microscopic silicone droplets diffuse through the implant surface, potentially resulting in complications such as capsular contracture and immune responses related to breast implant illness.
