Pelvic actinomycosis which appears to be a malignancy

Abstract: We present the case history of a 63‐year‐old female patient with pelvic actinomycosis. She did not use an intra‐uterine device and underwent investigation for acute renal insufficiency, with a pelvic mass that suggested possible neoplasia of gynaecological origin.
