Abstract:cayenne pepper plant (Capsicum frutescens L.) is one of the popular vegetables comodity in Indonesia. cayenne pepper plant used as main ingridients for kitchen’s need, sauce industry, chili powder, instant noodle, and pharmaceutical industry.
