Abstract

The abstract of this paper should read: ''We describe the efficient sensitization of lanthanide luminescence by incorporating a hydrophobic chromophore into a polymetallic micellar assembly formed by the amphiphilic lanthanide chelate. It affords screening a variety of hydrophobic chromophores and assessing the fate of micellar systems in biological media.'' Two earlier reports of intermolecular energy transfer between a chromophore and a lanthanide should have been mentioned and referenced at the end of the first paragraph:
