Scope of this journal includes the studies of human development in the term of education, economy, health, social services, and gender as well as studies of sustainable regional development in term of engineering, geographic, environment, and tourism, etc. are particularly welcome.All papers submitted to the journal must be written in good English. Authors for whom English is not their native language are encouraged to have their paper checked before submission for grammar and clarity. Revision of manuscriptsManuscripts sent back to the authors for revision should be returned to the editor without delay.
