Backwards overhead medicine ball throw and countermovement jump performance among firefighter candidates

Abstract: Objectives:To examine the relationships between performance during a backward overhead medicine ball (BOMB) throw and measures of countermovement jump (CMJ) performance among firefighter candidates.
