Abstract:IntroductionCo 2 Z-type planar hexa-ferrite (Ba 3 Co 2 Fe 24 O 41 ) is a good candidate for multilayer chip inductors (MLCIs), mini-antenna, and electromagnetic interface (EMI) devices in the GHz range because of its high initial permeability and resonance frequency that are higher than other types of hexa-ferrite [1] .
